| Villa Sansarea Terms of Payment – 30% at the time of booking – 70% at least 60 days before start of stay – 100% if booking is 60 or less days before start of stay |
| Villa Sansarea Cancellation Policy Guests can cancel their booking at anytime subject to and in accordance with the cancellation policy: – Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund – Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund – Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the start of the stay are non-refundable |
| Huterer d.o.o. administration fee (5%) is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, these fees will be deducted from any refund to Guests. |
| Security deposit is Euro 2,000 and is payable in advance to our bank account or latest on arrival in cash. Refund of the deposit (in full or after deduction of damage costs) is 3 working days after guest departure to bank account of their choice. |
